Continuing her training for the Breeders’ Cup Distaff, leading
3-year-old filly Thorpedo Anna breezed Saturday morning at Saratoga.
Trained by Kenny McPeek and ridden by exercise jockey Danny
Ramsey, the daughter of Fast Anna who has earned $2,803,663 went five furlongs
in 1:02.6 working solo on the fast Oklahoma dirt training track.
Thorpedo Anna has had two workouts since she won the Grade 1 Cotillion on Sept. 21. She is expected to have one more breeze before the Nov. 2 running of the Distaff at Del Mar.
