Skippylongstocking turned in the fastest workout Friday morning among the
horses covering five furlongs at Palm Meadows in Florida.

A six-time graded-stakes winner, the 5-year-old Exaggerator
horse owned by Daniel Alonso was clocked at 1:00.9.

Trained by Saffie Joseph Jr., Skippylongstocking has been
pointed to the next month’s Grade 1, $3 million Pegasus World Cup Invitational
at Gulfstream Park with the added possibility of going to the April running of the $12 million Dubai World Cup (G1)
at Meydan.

Skippylongstocking (Exaggerator), a three-time
Grade 2 winner (2024 Charles Town Classic, 2024 Oaklawn Handicap, 2023 Charles

It was the fastest of 14 works at the distance. His previous work was seven
days ago going four furlongs at Palm Meadows. In his last start, he placed
sixth in the Breeders’ Cup Dirt Mile going one mile on the main track at Del

Locked (Gun Runner), a Grade 1 winner (2023 Breeders’ Futurity),
