TECUMSEH, Mich. – The Kalamazoo College women’s golf team finished sixth at the third MIAA Jamboree of the season, held Saturday at Tecumseh Golf Club and hosted by Adrian.
Kalamazoo shot 341 overall, tied for the fourth-lowest score in program history. The Hornets finished three strokes behind Hope in fifth place.
All six Kalamazoo College golfers tied or shot better than their season best today.
Ellie Britt was fourth overall with a 77, one of the top 10 scores in program history.
Jacey Merkle tied for 12th with an 81.
Nadia Zerlaut followed with an 84. Gretchen Wilson finished with a 99.
Mary Carstensen shot 100. Victoria Guiterrez shot 109.
The Hornets are back in action at an MIAA Jamboree hosted by Trine on Wednesday, Oct. 9, at 1 p.m.
