TOCCOA, GA – The Lenoir-Rhyne Women’s Golf team closed out the fall portion of their schedule on Tuesday, taking 15th at the Ralph Hayes Toyota D2 Elite Invitational. This was one of the most competitive women’s golf tournaments in Division II, as 11 of the top 33 teams in the country participated. Taking the team title was SAC foe Anderson, who remains the No. 1 team in the country.
The Bears used rounds of 320-303-320 to finish with a 943 (+79). This marks the best score of the fall for the Bears, who improved two strokes over their 945 a month ago at the Savannah Lakes Ladies Fall Invite.
