On Friday, remnants of Hurricane Helene are expected to bring damaging winds and heavy rain to the Cincinnati area. The National Weather Service has issued a high wind warning for all the counties in Northern Kentucky, Southwest Ohio and Southeast Indiana from noon through 10 p.m. Friday.
