AMES – The Iowa State women’s basketball team knows when it’ll play in the Big 12 Conference Tournament. The Cyclones just don’t know who they’ll play.
Iowa State will take on the winner of 10-seed Cincinnati vs. 15-seed Arizona State on Thursday night at 5:30 p.m. at the T-Mobile Center in Kansas City, Mo. The Cyclones’ opening game will be streamed on ESPN+.
The Cyclones, who went 21-10 during the regular season including 12-6 in Big 12 play, finished seventh in the league and locked up a first-round bye in the tournament.
So they’ll wait to see who they’ll take the court against in the second round of the tournament. Wednesday’s Cincinnati vs. Arizona State game takes place at 5:30 p.m.
