The draw for the U.S. Open to set the singles is Thursday, Aug. 22, and matches in the main draw begin next Monday, Aug. 26.
The 2024 U.S. Open begins Monday, Aug. 26 and ends Sunday, Sept. 8.
The matches will be on the Disney channels: ESPN, ESPN2, ESPN+ and ABC. Typically, early-round coverage begins at 10 a.m. Mountain time and runs until around 5 p.m.

The US Open is played at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Flushing Meadows in New York City on hard courts. There are retractable roofs on the two largest courts, Arthur Ashe Stadium and Louis Armstrong Stadium.

Gauff won her first Grand Slam title at last year’s U.S. Open at age 19, defeating Sabalenka 2-6, 6-3, 6-2 in the final. Djokovic won his record 24th major singles championship with a 6-3, 7-6 (5), 6-3 victory over Daniil Medvedev in the final. The 36-year-old Djokovic became the oldest male champion in New York in the Open era.
The purse is $75 million, an increase of $10 million from last year. The two singles champions each will receive $3.6 million, up from $3 million.
