Two shots behind entering the final round of a PGA Tour Signature event may seem like an interesting time to switch drivers, but the move paid off big time for Ludvig Aberg.
The 25-year-old Swede switched from his Titleist GT2 driver back to an older Titleist TSR2 driver before the final round of the Genesis Invitational and fired a Sunday 66 to come from two shots behind and win his second PGA Tour title. Aberg stayed constant with his Fujikura Ventus Black 6-X shaft between the two heads.
Aberg picked up his first Signature Event title using a bag of Titleist, TaylorMade and Odyssey gear and a new 2025 Titleist Pro V1x golf ball he first started using last month at the Sentry.
Take a closer look at Aberg’s complete bag specs below.
3-Wood: TaylorMade Stealth 2 (14.75˚), Fujikura Ventus TR Blue 8-X (43.5″ EOG, D2.5, Tipped 1.5″)
7-Wood: TaylorMade Stealth 2 (21˚@19˚), Fujikura Ventus TR Blue 9-X (42.25″ EOG, D3, Tipped 2″)
