Star sophomore JuJu Watkins and the Trojans host the Buckeyes in Los Angeles, bringing together two top-tier programs in their first year as Big Ten opponents. Ohio State has its second consecutive game in Los Angeles, as it fell to UCLA 65-52 on Wednesday.
Watkins, who ranks fourth nationally averaging 24.2 points per game this season, along with 6.5 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game. The 6-foot-2 guard also averages 2.3 steals and 1.6 blocks per game and is one of the frontrunners for the national player of the year this season.
Ohio State, meanwhile, is led by forward Cotie McMahon and freshman guard Jaloni Cambridge, who are averaging 16.4 and 15 points per game this season, respectively.
