West Virginia State Parks has announced that 2025 season golf passes are now available for purchase at select state parks. Golf enthusiasts can secure their passes for the upcoming season at Cacapon Resort, Pipestem Resort, Canaan Valley Resort and Twin Falls Resort State Parks. This year’s selection includes a variety of pass types with options for unlimited play, mid-week passes, junior passes and seasonal passes to fit every golfer’s needs.
“West Virginia is known for its natural beauty and our state parks’ golf courses offer some of the most stunning scenery you’ll find anywhere,” said Governor Jim Justice. “I’m thrilled for golf lovers to get out and experience our fantastic courses.”
The 2025 golf season passes are valid from January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025, weather permitting. Passes are non-transferable and provide flexibility with reciprocal play at participating state park courses. Additionally, for a limited time, an “Early Birdie” discount is available, offering a 5% discount on purchases made by December 31, 2024.
Each pass offers access to reciprocal play at Cacapon Resort, Pipestem Resort, Canaan Valley Resort and Twin Falls Resort State Parks, with availability based on tee times. The mid-week pass includes play from Monday through Thursday (Tuesday to Thursday at Canaan Valley) and allows limited weekend and holiday play.
“Our 2025 season golf passes are designed to give golfers at all levels flexible options to enjoy our state parks’ courses,” said Acting WV State Parks Chief Dillard Price. “We’re excited to welcome new and returning players to experience the beauty and challenges our courses offer all while creating lasting memories at West Virginia State Parks.”
