Carson’s Run worked at Belmont Park on Wednesday ahead of an expected start in the Grade 1 Hollywood Derby.

The 3-year-old colt trained by Christophe Clement breezed four furlongs in 50.0 seconds, 38th fastest of 66 at the distance.

Carson’s Run won the Jockey Club Derby (G3) last out for his second graded-stakes win of the year. The Cupid colt also won the Saratoga Derby (G1) and was second two starts back in the Nashville Derby (G3) at Kentucky Downs.

Carson’s Run was one of seven graded-stakes winners with published works Wednesday.

Carson’s Run (Cupid), a Grade 1 winner (2024 Saratoga Derby Invitational), worked four furlongs in 50.0 seconds at Belmont Park on Wednesday morning. It was the 38th fastest of 66 works at the distance. His previous work was 10 days ago going four furlongs at Belmont Park. In his last start, he won the Jockey Club Derby Invitational (G3) going 1 3/8 miles on the turf at Belmont at the Big A on Oct. 5 for trainer Christophe Clement.

Get Smokin (Get Stormy), a three-time Grade 2 winner (2024 United Nations, 2023 Kentucky Turf Cup, 2020 Hill Prince), worked five furlongs in 1:00.0 at Woodbine on Wednesday morning. It was the fastest of three works at the distance. His previous work was six days ago going four furlongs at Woodbine. In his last start, he placed fifth in the Joe Hirsch Turf Classic (G1) going 1 1/2 miles on the turf at Belmont at the Big A on Sept. 28 for trainer Mark Casse.

Red Route One (Gun Runner), a Grade 2 winner (2024 New Orleans Classic), worked five furlongs in 1:00.8 at Churchill Downs on Wednesday morning. It was the fastest of eight works at the distance. His previous work was seven days ago going five furlongs at Churchill Downs. Life’s an Audible (Audible), a Grade 3 winner (2024 Sweetest Chant), worked four furlongs in 51.9 seconds at Gulfstream Park on Wednesday morning. It was the 14th fastest of 16 works at the distance. Her previous work was seven days ago going four furlongs at Gulfstream Park. In her last start, she placed second in the Herecomesthebride (G3) going one mile on the turf at Gulfstream Park on March 2 for trainer Todd Pletcher.

Nooni (Win Win Win), a Grade 3 winner (2024 Sorrento), worked six furlongs in 1:12.6 at Santa Anita on Wednesday morning. It was the only work at the distance. Her previous work was six days ago going four furlongs at Santa Anita. In her last start, she placed sixth in the Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Fillies going 1 1/16 miles on the main track at Del Mar on Nov. 1 for trainer Bob Baffert.

V V’s Dream (Mitole), a Grade 3 winner (2023 Pocahontas), worked four furlongs in 47.6 seconds at Oaklawn on Wednesday morning. It was the fastest of 47 works at the distance. This was her first work since her last race. In her last start, she placed fourth in the Raven Run (G2) going seven furlongs on the main track at Keeneland on Oct. 19 for trainer Kenny McPeek.
