Fellow Briton Reef Way, 19, will make his World Championships debut after finishing third at this year’s national championships. Way is ranked 11th in the world.
World number one Anthony Jeanjean will be looking to improve on last year’s performance where he came 24th in Glasgow. The Frenchman took bronze at this year’s Olympics, having been outscored by Reilly for silver.
