Vodafone Qatar has reportedly entered into a five-year partnership with Microsoft, aiming to reshape its network and customer service operations through Microsoft Azure and Azure OpenAI technologies.
A cornerstone of this partnership is reportedly establishing a generative AI center of excellence in Doha, designed to foster innovation and create advanced digital solutions for customers. Leveraging Azure OpenAI, the initiative is set to drive next-generation product offerings, elevating Vodafone Qatar’s service capabilities.
In parallel, Vodafone Qatar is prioritizing workforce development by investing in upskilling and reskilling programs for its employees. This ensures that the company’s staff are equipped to fully harness the power of Microsoft’s technologies, placing Vodafone at the forefront of digital transformation in the region.
