Doha: Visit Qatar has successfully concluded its first official roadshow in Kuwait, held in partnership with Go Beyond, a leading representation agency powered by Al Khaleej Travel.
The event provided an exclusive platform to position Qatar as a premier leisure and business destination, showcasing its exceptional offerings for short-haul vacations, winter getaways, and stopovers.
The roadshow brought together key partners from Qatar’s tourism sector, including Qatar Airways and a number of Qatar’s top hotels, alongside 150 industry professionals from leading tour operators and travel agencies in Kuwait. Attendees engaged in productive networking sessions that fostered meaningful business connections, while a dedicated presentation showcased Qatar’s diverse tourism landscape, world-class attractions, and its growing role as a key travel hub in the region.
Adding to the excitement, the event also featured a special raffle draw, where the lucky winner(s) received a 2-night voucher from the roadshow’s participating hotels.
Kuwait remains a key market for Visit Qatar, with more than 170,000 travellers arriving in Doha from Kuwait in 2024, seeking a world-class destination that is family-friendly and close to home.
