Virender Sehwag and his wife Aarti Ahlawat (Instagram)
Former Indian cricketer Virender Sehwag is reportedly seperating from his wife of 20 years Aarti Ahlawat.
As per a report in the Hindustan Times, the couple, who who tied the knot in 2004, have unfollowed each other on Instagram, fuelling divorce rumours.
Virender and Aarti have two sons – Aryaveer, born in 2007, and Vedant, born in 2010.
The report cites photos from Sehwag’s Diwali celebrations, where the former cricketer posted photos with his sons and his mother on social media, but Aarti was missing from the pictures.
Notably, two weeks ago, Virender Sehwag visited the Vishwa Nagayakshi temple in Palakkad and shared pictures of it on his Instagram account. However, there was no mention of Aarti in the post either.
Sehwag is yet to issue any official statement.
