Four women who sued Viking Fitness Center after being photographed while tanning have settled their lawsuits. St. Clair County Circuit Judge Cynthia Lane dismissed the cases after both sides reached an undisclosed agreement. The women claimed gym member Corey Normandin took nude photos of them without permission in ’22. Normandin is currently serving a prison sentence for his actions. The plaintiffs argued Viking Fitness failed to protect them, while gym owner Jeffrey Bohm says his business wasn’t informed of the incidents until August. Details of the settlement remain sealed, and Bohm denies any wrongdoing.
