Oregon and Penn State will meet in the Big Ten Championship game Saturday at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, but it was Iowa who put the most players on the USA TODAY Sports Network’s postseason All-Big Ten team.
Five Hawkeyes earned top honors, with two (Kaleb Johnson and Jay Higgins) earning unanimous consideration.
Oregon quarterback Dillon Gabriel was named Player of the Year and Newcomer of the Year, and Indiana’s Curt Cignetti was unanimous choice for Coach of the Year.
