TYR Wodapalooza Predictions; World Fitness Project Venues & Online Qualifier Dates
Last night on THE SPIN, John Young took the night off so his wife could give birth to their daughter. Luckily, Sentinel Training’s Bryson DelMonte stepped up and joined the show.
We talked about the CrossFit Games heading to Albany, NY (which we already knew about for a month). John Young shared his TYR Wodapalooza predictions so we walked through those and gave our opinions on where he went wrong.
