Troon was selected to manage Le Triomphe Golf & Country Club, a private club in Broussard, Louisiana. Troon Privé, the private club operating division of Troon, will manage club operations, agronomy, food & beverage, membership sales and marketing.
The club was founded in 1986 and features an 18-hole par-72 championship course measuring 7,061 yards designed by Robert jones, Jr. Only one year later, the course was named by USA Today as one of the best courses built in the U.S. since 1962. Le Triomphe hosted Korn Ferry Tour’s Louisiana Open from 1992 to 2022, and the property’s Le Triomphe Golf Academy is a world-class indoor/outdoor golf teaching facility, featuring Master PGA Professional John Joy as part of the team.
“I’m really excited about the partnership with Le Triomphe Golf & Country Club,” said David Stinson, director of operations for Troon. “The club’s ownership is passionate about quality and delivering members an exceptional experience. Our Troon Privé team is focused on elevating standards across all areas of the club to enhance the member experience and to deliver the very best to Le Triomphe members and guests.”
Other amenities at the club include two tennis courts, six pickleball courts, a fitness facility and multiple dining facilities on site.
