Tonight’s episode of AEW Dynamite could turn out to be a very interesting one after a recent statement from Tony Khan regarding travel issues.
MJF took to social media last night to announce that all flights heading into North Carolina have been canceled, so he would have to drive to tonight’s episode of AEW Dynamite for his match against Kyle Fletcher, tweeting out:
“All flights to North Carolina have been cancelled, most likely because no one in their right mind would ever want to go to that garbage state (not my America). But since I am an American Hero and I have an obligation to my country to kick Kyle Fletcher’s ass, I am currently driving 10.5 hours to give Will Ospreay a preview of Wembley. #ThankMeLater,” MJF said in a post.
This afternoon, All Elite Wrestling President Tony Khan took to social media to reveal that more than just MJF are having travel issues getting to AEW Dynamite tonight which is why he’s held off making some announcements for tonight’s show, tweeting out:
“With flight cancellations, several AEW wrestlers are struggling to get to #AEWDynamite tonight! Thankfully everyone announced for tonight’s show is here or en route! I’ve held back other announcements anticipating travel mayhem + will change accordingly! See you on TBS tonight,” Tony Khan said in a post.
