Wynstock, winner of the Grade 2 Los Alamitos futurity in 2023 but 1-for-6 last year as a sophomore, got back to work for new trainer Linda Rice on Thursday.
The Solomini colt breezed four furlongs in 49.89 seconds at Belmont Park, 12th fastest of 42 at the distance.
It was his first work since he finished seventh in the Twilight Derby (G2) in October for former trainer Bob Baffert.
Rice told Thoroughbred Daily News on Feb. 9 that she thought Wynstock needed a freshening and that he would need 60 to 90 days before returning to racing.
Wynstock was one of 10 graded-stakes winners with published works Thursday.
East Avenue (Medaglia d’Oro), a Grade 1 winner (2024 Breeders’ Futurity), worked four furlongs in 48.2 seconds at Fair Grounds on Thursday morning. It was the 10th fastest of 54 works at the distance. This was his first work since his last race. In his last start he placed 10th in the Risen Star (G2) going 1 1/8 miles on the main track at Fair Grounds on Feb. 15 for trainer Brendan Walsh.
Gun Song (Gun Runner), a Grade 2 winner (2024 Black-Eyed Susan), worked five furlongs in 1:00.0 at Gulfstream Park on Thursday morning. It was the fastest of six works at the distance. Her previous work was seven days ago going five furlongs at Gulfstream Park. In her last start she placed second in the Mother Goose (G2) going 1 1/8 miles on the main track at Belmont at the Big A on Oct. 26 for trainer Mark Hennig.
Hoosier Philly (Into Mischief), a Grade 2 winner (2022 Golden Rod), worked five furlongs in 59.8 seconds at Fair Grounds on Thursday morning. It was the third fastest of 27 works at the distance. Her previous work was 10 days ago going four furlongs at Fair Grounds. In her last start she placed third in the Houston Ladies Classic (G3) going 1 1/16 miles on the main track at Sam Houston on Jan. 25 for trainer Tom Amoss.

Clock Tower (Not This Time), a Grade 3 winner (2024 Cecil B. DeMille), worked five furlongs in 1:04.6 at Turfway Park on Thursday morning. It was the fourth fastest of five works at the distance. This was his first work since his last race. In his last start he placed fourth in the Robert B. Lewis (G3) going one mile on the main track at Santa Anita on Feb. 1 for trainer Wesley Ward.
Danse Macabre (Army Mule), a Grade 3 winner (2023 Herecomesthebride), worked five furlongs in 1:01.8 at Payson Park on Thursday morning. It was the fastest of four works at the distance. Her previous work was eight days ago going four furlongs at Payson Park. In her last start she placed eighth in the Ladies Turf Sprint (G2) going 6 1/2 furlongs on the turf at Kentucky Downs on Aug. 31 for trainer Kelsey Danner.
Durante (Distorted Humor), a Grade 3 winner (2023 Bold Ruler), worked three furlongs in 40.0 seconds at Oaklawn on Thursday morning. It was the slowest of seven works at the distance. This was his first work since his last race. In his last start he won an allowance race going six furlongs on the main track at Oaklawn on Feb. 14 for trainer David Jacobson.

It was the fastest of four works at the distance. His previous work was 20 days ago going three furlongs at Horseshoe Indianapolis. In his last start he placed fourth in the Phoenix (G2) going six furlongs on the main track at Keeneland on Oct. 4 for trainer William Stinson Jr.
