As organizations deepen their use of artificial-intelligence tools, human-resources managers have largely embraced the technology, but they are proceeding with some caution.
A recent survey from MyPerfectResume found that 64% of HR managers use AI to complete certain tasks. Some, however, feel the tools have harmed candidate quality in hiring, citing an over-reliance on algorithms, a lack of human touch and biases in AI systems.

The report, which surveyed 500 HR managers, found HR managers use AI for tasks like writing job descriptions and ads, conducting recruiting tasks and candidate screenings, and automating resume analyses.
