Strap in for a full day of TGL golf matches!

Justin Thomas and his Atlanta Drive Golf Club start with back-to-back matches against Tommy Fleetwood’s LAGC and Wyndham Clark’s The Bay Golf Club. The Bay then continues in the nightcap vs. Boston Common Golf and Rory McIlroy, the league’s co-founder and 2025 Pebble Beach champion.

Today’s matches will see the debut of new rules involving the Hammer, a tool that increases the value of a hole. The league’s not done after tonight: Tiger Woods makes his return to golf Tuesday after the death of his mother.

The first two TGL matches of the day will air on ESPN, while the nightcap will be broadcast on ESPN2. Matt Barrie will have the play-by-play with Scott Van Pelt as the show’s host and Marty Smith reporting from the SoFi Center.

Streaming options for all three include ESPN+ and Fubo, which offers a free trial for new subscribers.

TGL stands for TMRW Golf League, a competitive league of interactive golf started by Tiger Woods, Rory McIlroy and Mike McCarley, CEO of TMRW Sports. The league is made of current PGA Tour members, including major champions and those in the top-10 world rankings.

Matches feature two teams of three golfers and include 15 holes. Players tee off from a mat into a giant simulator screen that incorporates real fairway, rough and sand surfaces to hit from. When the ball lands about 50 yards away from the pin, players will transition to the “Green Zone,” a 3,800-square-foot rotating green that includes more than 600 actuators to make each hole unique.

All TGL matches this season will air on ESPN or ESPN2 and can be streamed on ESPN+. The championship is set for March 24-25. Here’s the upcoming schedule, with all matches airing on ESPN:

SoFi Center: Where is TGL golf located?

The SoFi Center finished construction in Fall 2024 on the campus of Palm Beach State College in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. It’s nearly 250,000 square feet with a simulator screen that’s 64 by 53 feet, and a rotating green sits on a turntable 41 yards wide. It seats a capacity of 1,500 fans.
