Taylor Swift was spotted arriving at the Kansas City Chiefs’ Arrowhead Stadium Thursday night to cheer on her boyfriend Travis Kelce, the Chiefs’ tight end, in the NFL season opener against the Baltimore Ravens.
The Chiefs host the Ravens in a rematch of last season’s AFC Championship game. The Chiefs defeated the Ravens 17-10 on Jan. 28 and went on to beat the San Francisco 49ers in Super Bowl LVIII.
Rob Collins, sports director at Fox4 Kansas City, also shared video of Taylor Swift arriving at the venue on social media.
Rumors surrounding Swift and Kelce’s romance began to spiral in July 2023 when he attended the singer’s Eras Tour at his home stadium and joked about wanting to give her a friendship bracelet with his phone number. In September 2023, Kelce admitted on “The Pat McAfee Show” that he invited Swift to watch him play. Later that month, Swift watched the Chiefs take on the Chicago Bears from a suite alongside Kelce’s mother. The pair were also spotted leaving the venue together, and the pop singer later attending several Chiefs games throughout the season.
In December, Swift opened up about her relationship with Kelce in an interview with TIME, who named her its person of the year.
“This all started when Travis very adorably put me on blast on his podcast, which I thought was metal as hell … We started hanging out right after that,” she told TIME. “By the time I went to that first game, we were a couple.”
Following her final Eras Tour show in Tokyo, Swift made the trip to Las Vegas to cheer on Kelce and the Chiefs at Super Bowl LVIII. She donned a red bomber jacket and a necklace with the number “87,” Kelce’s jersey number.
