Syracuse Police Chief discusses winter crime trends, and shopping safety
Syracuse, N.Y. — Syracuse Police Department’s Chief of Police Joseph Cecile answers law enforcement questions from viewers to increase transparency and community relations.
This week, Chief Cecile discusses crime trends during the winter months, stating that while certain crimes have historically decreased, locally, in recent years, they have not seen the same declines.
