Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) announced the 15-member squad for the upcoming Champions Trophy 2025 which is scheduled to start from February 19. Nazmul Hossain Shanto will lead the side in the mega event set to take place in Dubai and Pakistan.

Litton Das who is currently going through a rough patch in his career also missed his spot in the 15-member side. In his last 25 ODIs and T20Is, his average is just 13.13. The star is currently featuring in the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) (three single-digit scores and only one more than 31 in his first five games). Earlier he missed the spot from the ODI squad in March last year.
