Andrew Wiggins kicked off the scoring for the Warriors, sinking a three-pointer off an assist from Curry to tie the game 3-3 within the first minute, after he and Beal had traded threes.
Curry opened the second quarter with another assist, this time to Trayce Jackson-Davis for an alley-oop dunk and the Warriors went into halftime trailing 65-61.
Despite Curry’s three-point struggles, shooting 4-of-13 from behind the arc, he continued to contribute on the floor as Jackson-Davis took over in the third quarter.
The game was tied at 100 with 3:28 left as the Warriors began to push for the win. A 30-foot three-pointer from Dennis Schröder gave the Warriors a 104-103 lead with 1:23 remaining.
A costly foul by Durant with just under 30 seconds left sent Kuminga to the line, where he nailed both free throws. Schröder followed with two-of-two from the line, helping to seal the victory.
With the win, the Warriors snapped a three-game losing streak and will look to secure another victory on Monday as they face the Cleveland Cavaliers at home.
