Yahoo Sports fantasy contributor Sal Vetri explains the Washington Commanders wide receiver is worth a spot on your roster for a push to the playoffs.
Yeah, I’m starting with the wide receiver Noah Brown and if you don’t know he’s on the Washington Commanders.
He got to that team in week two.
This is a former Texans receiver and it took him a couple of weeks to get ramped up.
But as soon as week four, he was the number two receiver on this team behind terry mcclure in terms of route run and snaps.
But unfortunately, in week four, he injured his groin.
He ended up missing week five, but he returned in week six and I was interested to see his usage in that game against the Ravens and right away, he goes back to being a wide receiver too in usage.
That’s how much they trust this veteran, 28 year old receiver.
He ends up seeing eight targets leads the wide receivers in receiving yards.
And I think there’s something to this moving forward like we’re so high on the commander’s offense.
Sure, we know Terry mclin is a piece of it that we want to have.
But if we’re looking at this as a top five, top 10 offense, can’t Jaden Daniels sustain multiple pass catchers.
And I would bet on a guy like Noah Brown who, as recent as last year had multiple, 100 and 50 yard games.
I had Rashid Shahid in a couple of leagues.
Deeper leagues.
I had to drop him today.
I picked up Noah Brown.
He’s available in over 90 well, over 90% of Yahoo Leagues right now.
