Number one ATP-ranked Jannik Sinner will face Alexander Zverev at the 2025 Australian Open for the men’s singles title at the Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne. The match will take place on Sunday, Jan. 26, and is expected to start at 3:30 a.m. ET.
Sinner is looking to secure back-to-back Australian Open titles following his victory over rising American tennis star Ben Shelton in the semi-finals. Number two-ranked Alexander Zverev advanced to the final following Novak Djokovic’s early exit from the match due to injury.
Zverev is seeking his first Grand Slam singles title, having previously reached the final at the 2024 French Open and the 2020 US Open. Given the time zone difference, American fans looking to stream the match live will have to wake up bright and early or stay up late, but ESPN2 will be carrying replays of the match at primetime.
The Zverev and Sinner match will air on cable channels ESPN and ESPN2 and stream on ESPN+. ESPN and ESPN2 are available with a live TV streaming service like Hulu + Live TV, DirecTV Stream, or Fubo.
