Serco’s $280 Million Army Fitness Award Withstands Two Protests
The US Army reasonably awarded Serco Inc. a $280 million task order for a holistic health and fitness system, the GAO said in a decision released Friday.
Protester GAP Solutions Inc. didn’t show that the Army improperly failed to recognize multiple strengths in its bid, the Government Accountability Office said.
GAP said, for example, that the Army failed to assign multiple strengths to its bid with regard to its staffing approach. But the agency showed that it did assign GAP a strength, and wasn’t required by the solicitation to award multiple strengths for the same aspect of a proposal, …
