The 2025 Senior Bowl kicks off on Saturday afternoon, and we’ll be getting our very first look at the next generation of NFL stars. For some pro scouts and coaches, this is their first in-person look at this draft class, aside from what they’ve done in college.
It’s also an opportunity for players to meet with various teams, as well. Putting these players on a team they’ve never played on before while implementing new offensive and defensive schemes helps coaches initially scout each one of them.
As for the game itself, there will be various substitutions throughout to ensure that guys get adequate playing time. With over 120 guys on the total roster, players sub in and out pretty regularly throughout the game.
