A few proud Section V football teams rebuilding their programs will be put to the test after impressive starts to the season.
Fairport (2-0), Brockport (2-0) and Rush-Henrietta (1-1) face tough tests in Week 3. The only loss among them was when five-time defending Section V champion McQuaid escaped a Rush-Henrietta upset bid with a 40-37 victory last week.
The trio plays the top three teams in the Democrat and Chronicle’s high school football rankings.
This page will be updated throughout the night with scores, highlights and stats from Friday’s games.
