RYE – Chris Iuliano returned from injury and scored two touchdowns as Rye defeated visiting Harrison 24-0 on Saturday in the latest installment of “The Game,” the biggest rivalry game in Lower Hudson Valley football.
Rye won the game for the 50th time in history and improved to 8-0 to end the regular season, picking up the No. 1 seeds in League B. Harrison, 4-3, is the No. 2 seed in League B. Section 1 tournament brackets and matchups will be officially announced Sunday.
Rye won the Class B Section 1 and state titles last year, and is looking to do the same in Class A this season. The Sectional tournament starts next week.
