WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – UNCW announced the schedule for its men’s basketball team on Wednesday, Sept. 4.
There will be a record number of regular season home games with 18, a three-day home tournament around Thanksgiving, and the team’s first-ever game at Kansas.
The team lost nine players from last year’s 21-win team, including top scorer Trazarian White, who transferred to TCU. It will have 10 newcomers.
The first home game is an exhibition game on Oct. 30 vs Fayetteville State, and the first regular season game is home vs. Mt. Olive on Nov. 4.
