Ricky Garard Joins PRVN Fitness After Three Seasons with Underdogs Athletics
Ricky Garard is making a move heading into the 2025 season. This afternoon it was announced that the 2022 3rd Fittest Man on Earth would be joining PRVN Fitness.
The move comes after Garard spent the past three seasons with Justin Cotler and Underdogs Athletics. The duo teamed up as Garard prepared to come back after his four-year sanction from the CrossFit Games ended in 2021.
During their three years together Garard qualified for the CrossFit Games twice, taking 3rd in 2022 and 7th in 2024. Garard also won TYR Wodapalooza the past two years.
Garard’s move to PRVN Fitness comes six months after Kiefer Lammi left Underdogs Athletics to join the PRVN Fitness as a coach. Lammi brought several athletes with him to PRVN including Gracie Walton, Bayley Martin and Kyra Milligan.
Garard will be in Miami Beach this weekend as he looks to win three consecutive TYR Wodapalooza Miami Beach titles.
With Garard’s departure from Underdogs Athletics, Alex Gazan, Sara Sigmundsdottir and Bronislaw Olenkowicz remain the top athletes working with Justin Cotler and the Underdogs team.
