Kournikova, who’s in a long-term relationship with singer Enrique Iglesias, was with their two daughters – seven-year-old Lucy and four-year-old Mary – as well as a few friends.
The couple also has a son, Nicholas, who is Lucy’s twin.
In the photos, Kournikova was seen wearing a black, hooded sweatshirt and matching pants while her long, blonde hair was tied back in a bun. She is being pushed in the wheelchair by one of her friends.
The nature of her injury was unclear, as well as when she may have suffered it.
The public appearance was a rare one for Kournikova, who retired from tennis in 2003 due to injury.
She has been in a relationship with Iglesias since 2001, when she appeared in his music video for the hit song Escape.

Kournikova was launched to stardom when she reached the semifinals at Wimbledon in 1997 – and in no small part because of her stunning looks.
While Kournikova didn’t have much other success during her tennis career in singles play, she does have 16 doubles titles under her belt and twice won the Australian Open with partner Martina Hingis.

The post featured pics of the singer with their kids and the caption: “Happy Father’s Day to my man @enriqueiglesias And to All the Dad’s!!”
