Alijarah Property has announced the launch of state-of-the-art logistics warehouses in Wadi Aba Saleel, ranging from 300 to 450 square meters per unit.
These facilities are designed to meet global standards, featuring 24-hour security, firefighting systems, and surveillance services. The warehouses are also equipped with energy-saving lights, supporting environmental sustainability.
Located within the logistics village of Wadi Aba Saleel, these warehouses are connected to major road networks such as the Orbital Highway and the G Ring Road, providing easy access to key areas of the country. The internal roads are designed for seamless truck movement, enhancing safety and accessibility. In addition, the site offers 24-hour gate access with advanced security systems.
Hamad Al Jamali, Chief Executive Officer of Alijarah Property, highlighted the company’s role in supporting Qatar’s logistics sector and contributing to the country’s economic growth. He noted that these new warehouses are aligned with Qatar’s National Vision 2030, aiming to provide much-needed storage space that serves the local market’s growing needs.
