Qatar Holding LLC has become a substantial holder in Cromwell Property Group, gaining a relevant interest and voting power of approximately 30.69% in the company. This change occurred after a consortium, which includes Qatar Holding LLC, entered into an exclusivity and standstill agreement related to a potential acquisition of ESR Group Limited’s shares. ESR Group indirectly holds a substantial interest in Cromwell through its wholly-owned subsidiaries.
