Qatar Airways will recommence flights to Malta this summer with a four-times-weekly connection between Doha and the Maltese Islands.

From 2 July, the resumed service will depart Doha for Malta International Airport on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, however flight departure and arrival times differ.

Flights on Wednesday and Friday depart Doha’s Hamad International Airport at 2:05 and arrive in Malta at 6:45, while return flights on these days depart Malta at 10:15 and arrive in Abu Dhabi at 16:20.

Meanwhile, flights scheduled on Monday and Saturday take off from Doha at 08:45, with a 13:25 scheduled arrival in Malta. The return journey will see flights depart Malta at 17:05 and land in Abu Dhabi at 23:10.

Qatar Airways Group CEO Badr Mohammed Al-Meer said the resumed service “marks a vibrant addition to our robust European network”, adding that “Qatar and Malta enjoy staunch economic ties, and our operational relaunch to the country only furthers our relationship”.
