It is mandatory for a crew member to live in the accommodation provided by the airline and requests to live independently are considered on a case-by-case basis only, in a rather tedious process.
3. Past cabin crew members have even reported about a lack of job security as employment has been directly terminated for basic reasons like using mobile phones on duty and taking pictures in uniforms. As per their contracts, QR crew members are also prohibited from being married due to productivity reasons and must resign before doing so.
