Basketball season is creeping up on us. Today is October 8th. Purdue basketball, in exhibition form to be clear, will play in just 18 days. On October 26th, Purdue basketball will play their first game of the season, again to be clear this is an exhibition, against the Creighton Blue Jays.
This game is another of the charity exhibition games that have become popular in the college basketball world which we here at Hammer and Rails support wholeheartedly. The money raised by tickets will benefit the United Way of the Midlands Disaster Relief Fund.
Tickets are available for $30 in the lower level and $15 for the upper level. So that’s obviously going to be the best way to watch this game. However, if you can’t make it to the game, there’s now been confirmed a way to watch this game online, but it’ll cost you.
Sure, it’ll cost you $10 but if you’re all out on football season, is $10 really too much to ask? I guess we will find out. Rest assured folks, basketball season is coming.
