The collaboration highlights Sitoo’s prominence in providing point-of-sale and unified commerce solutions to international retailers.
Puma plans to unify its retail outlets under one comprehensive global system through Sitoo. The move will streamline operations, merge online and offline sales channels and enable store staff to deliver superior customer service, thereby establishing a new benchmark for a cohesive customer journey across all regions.
