This alliance is designed to enhance travel protection for customers booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and travel packages through Priceline.
Utilizing the XCover platform by Cover Genius, recognized globally for its distribution capabilities, Priceline now offers multiple user-centric features to improve the travel protection experience. After purchasing travel protection, customers can conveniently review their policy details, seek support, file claims, and receive immediate payments for approved claims through their XCover Account. Cover Genius facilitates a smooth digital claims experience, offering multilingual support in over 40 languages, instant payouts in over 90 currencies, and maintaining a notably high Net Promoter Score after claims.
