Sally Johnson, owner of Premier Fitness & Wellness at 4008 Mormon Coulee Road in La Crosse, will hold a 25th anniversary celebration of the business from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 7, at Premier Fitness.
The chamber of commerce will hold a ribbon cutting at 5 p.m. That will be followed by food catered by Jimmy John’s. Beer, wine, soda pop and water also will be provided, Johnson said. The event will feature specials and tours, and officials from Gameday Men’s Health, Synergy Wellness Center and Synergy Wellness Lounge also will be there.
Johnson said the business was started by her ex-husband, John, in November 1999. She joined him as a nutrition and weight loss coach in 2005. While John is still a member at Premier Fitness, Sally has been its sole owner since 2015.
She said Premier Fitness is a full-service health club offering 24-hour access and unlimited sauna and unlimited tanning with every membership. Medical grade red light therapy and personal training and Premier Blendz, a protein shake bar, also are available.
