The New York Knicks announced Tuesday that they have re-signed free agent power forward Precious Achiuwa.
The deal is for one year and $6 million, per Achiuwa’s representative, Raymond Brothers, to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.
Achiuwa, 24, posted 7.6 points and 7.2 rebounds over 24.2 minutes in 49 games (18 starts) for the Knicks ever since coming over to New York via trade from the Toronto Raptors as part of a blockbuster deal on Dec. 30, 2023.
That trade also notably saw OG Anunoby head to the Knicks and RJ Barrett and Immanuel Quickley go to Toronto.
