A restaurant owner and an employee were arrested during a State Liquor Authority inspection Friday night in East Patchogue, according to Suffolk County police.
Officers say the compliance check was conducted around 10:20 p.m. at El Limeno on Montauk Highway.
They say they discovered that the sports bar had two illegal gambling machines and employed a security guard without a valid registration card.
Officers seized the machines and apprehended owner David Reyes along with Jesus Reyes.
Police say the two will appear in court on Jan. 31.
