On this episode, I chat with Bri and Joseph Drake who are launching Break Free Fitness in Brentwood with an open house on March 2 and will open next week.
Bri shares her credentials from the fitness world to nutrition and what she hopes to achieve with this facility–focusing on women’s health. She hopes to build community with small group and semi-private fitness classes where one can work out, stay motivated and achieve their goals. We get into a ton of stuff from nutrition, health fads, Ozempic to achieving success one goal at a time. The goal is always to build confidence and feel good about yourself.
Bri has been a personal trainer for years having helped over 4000 clients! She has moved away from online and is going to be training in-person to offer not only physical, but emotional support and encouragement along with being relatable to local women. Bri and Joseph have successfully dealt with marriage, death, divorce, moving, military life, cancer, raising children, anxiety, depression, and much more, all while maintaining healthy and productive lifestyles and they want to help their clients to do the same!
