Breast augmentation surgery is expensive with a long recovery time – but now, there’s an alternative that’s non-surgical and promises minimal to no downtime.
New York City‘s Cleavage Clinic offers a ‘natural approach to achieve larger and lifted breasts’ using procedures including PRP, PRF, EZ Gel, Morpheus8, and Sculptra and guarantee enhancing or lifting client’s breasts in three sessions for a fraction of the cost of invasive surgery.
The clinic recently opened and is ‘the first and only non-surgical breast enhancement medical facility.’
Influencer Olivia Caputo documented the process on TikTok, taking her 84,000 followers with her behind-the-scenes.
Olivia told her followers, ‘Come with me to get a boob job,’ before explaining she was getting Morpheus 8 with PRF ‘for a little extra lift,’ describing the experience as ‘so comfortable and painless.’
While she couldn’t show the treatment, she said she was ‘all giggles as they work their radio frequency microneedling magic.’
In a follow-up video, she explained that she didn’t get the actual breast lift, she got the scar revision because she already got her own breasts done 10 years ago and did this to help with scarring.

Olivia told DailyMail.com the experience ‘did not hurt at all,’ because ‘they use topical numbing cream and you have the option of using Pro-Nox,’ which is an FDA cleared blend of 50/50 Nitrous Oxide and Oxygen.
The Pro-Nox also explains why she was laughing.
Olivia described the procedure as slightly uncomfortable and said the pain level was a three out of 10.

PRP, or platelet-rich plasma is a treatment that uses a patient’s own blood to help heal by injecting it back into the body.
The clinic also uses EZ Gel, which is an injectable plasma filler that can be used to rejuvenate and volumize the skin made from a patient’s own blood.
Another option is Sculptra, an injectable filler that stimulates collagen production to improve skin firmness and reduce wrinkles.
Bri Tomaselli and Noelle Villella are the owners of Cleavage Clinic, and told FEMAIL that their clientele is seeking a mix of procedures to help plump up their cleavage.
Bri and Noelle said women are looking for non-surgical lifts and skin tightening or scar revision from previous invasive augmentations or reductions.
They also said they have clients who want breast size enhancements as well as young women looking to take preventative measures who are looking for a lift in advance.
They’ve also treated clients who weren’t satisfied with the results of their breast augmentation surgeries and wanted non-surgical adjustments.
