The Premier League will issue disciplinary charges against any clubs who have breached their profitability and sustainability rules (PSR) for the 2021 to 2024 reporting period on Tuesday.
Sky Sports recently reported when the charges will publicly arrive, with the incoming announcement set to significantly hinder any implicated clubs during the current winter transfer window.
There is reportedly one club certain to receive a charge, which is heavily rumoured to be Leicester City.
The Foxes were one of three sides charged last season but avoided any punishment on the technicality of not being a Premier League side for one of the three seasons in question.
Meanwhile, other disciplinary charges in the past saw Everton twice docked points, while Nottingham Forest also fell foul of the regulations.
