Penn State football defensive tackle Dvon J-Thomas has declared for the NFL Draft, he announced Sunday. J-Thomas spent six years with the Nittany Lions, taking advantage of his COVID-19 eligibility and a lack of playing time in 2019.
“Penn State will always hold a special place in my heart, and I’ll never forget what this program, this school, and this community has done for me,” J-Thomas said.
“Forever grateful, forever a Nittany Lion.”
J-Thomas made 60 appearances with 26 starts during his six years in Happy Valley. He finished with 94 tackles, 13.5 tackles for loss, 2.5 sacks, and one forced fumble.
J-Thomas joined safeties KJ Winston and Jaylen Reed, cornerback Jalen Kimber, and defensive end Abdul Carter as Nittany Lions who have declared for the 2025 NFL Draft.
